The applied methodology, ACM0002, enabled precise calculation of avoided emissions, taking into account factors such as the actual performance of measurement equipment, controlled and independently verified by CAMMESA, and the Argentine electricity grid emission factor. This rigorous approach ensures the reliability and credibility of the results. The outcome was a certified reduction of 209,719 tCO₂e, surpassing the initial PDD estimate (189,109 tCO₂e) thanks to a higher-than-expected ex-post emission factor.

Our role included the systematic collection, detailed analysis, and validation of hourly generation and consumption data, quality control of information against billing, and thorough documentation of all monitoring procedures, ensuring that reported emission reductions were real, measurable, and verifiable. These coordinated actions maintain the integrity and transparency of the monitoring process. This work not only supports the generation of high-quality carbon credits but also contributes directly to the energy transition and global climate change mitigation goals. In doing so, it reinforces the firm commitment to sustainable development and the effective reduction of the environmental footprint in the energy sector.
